How much space does one of your Photobooth require?

For a typical photobooth, we need an area of about 10x10 feet. Although it helps to keep in mind that since we are highly customizable, we can fit just about anywhere. We ask that your venue provide a table for our equipment. If no table is available, we can arrange to have one there. Also for the standard seamless background, we will need a hard surfaced floor in a wind-protected area as the slightest breeze would blow the whole thing down. For events where hard surfaced flooring is unavailable or takes place outdoors, other background arrangements will be made, and this would typically be free of charge.

 

What makes your Photobooth stand apart from your competitors?

Every one of our clients has something unique about them, and we like to make sure that their photographs display that uniqueness. We work hard to make sure that you have a Photobooth that suits you or your companies needs. Whether it's adding a cute graphic to the prints to make your wedding more memorable, or creating a Photobooth background that will make people talk about your photos for days after your event, we do our best to make sure your photos leave a lasting impression. Otherwise, what's the point?

 

How long does it take to get a photo printed?

It takes about 15 seconds for the photo to be taken, processed and printed. It's super fast and pretty much the most amazing things you will ever experience.

 

Can you print extra copies for group photos?

Yeah sure! We will print a copy for each person in any given photo that we take. For example, if there are 5 people in a photo, we are more than happy to make 5 prints. However, because there will probably be other people waiting in line to get their photos printed, we must set a limit to make sure we can keep up.

 

How is the quality of the photo that is printed?

Pretty much amazing. If you want specifics, photos are printed using high speed thermal printers at 300dpi. Each print takes about 9 seconds.

 

Can our guests download their photos?

Yes. For Free. And at the full-resolution they are taken with. Not many other photo booth companies offer this.

 

Can you protect our photo gallery with a password?

To make your event photos easier to share, we recommend that you keep your gallery public. However, we don't mind restricting access by adding a password to your gallery.

 

How long does it take for photos to be uploaded to our site?

We try to get them posted online before the night is over. But usually it's within 24 hours of your event.

 

How long does it take you guys to get setup?

It all depends on the complexity of the Photobooth. Something simple can take less than hour. Something a little more complex that might include an elaborate set, printing, creative lighting could take a few hours. We do everything we can to prepare for an event to make setup and tear down as quick as possible.

Do you guys have a more traditional Photobooth setup? Like what you see at arcades?

As of right now, no. But we're working on it! We think what we offer now is better and more versatile.

 

If we decide to cancel, can we get our deposit back?

Yes, of course. Please keep in mind that you must cancel within 30 days of your event and deposits on custom orders are not refundable. Please allow 2-3 weeks for deposit refunds.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we do. We currently accept credit cards via the PayPal system.

 

We're on a really tight budget, is there anything that you can do to help us out?

The short answer, yes. Now, the long answer... we think our product is the most awesome thing to happen to events since the DJ came into play. We also think that our product is so powerful in keeping an event memorable that we'll do everything that we can to make it happen at your event, even if you have a limited budget. We'll cut costs in certain places and pass those savings on to you when we can... sometimes we can make a deal, sometimes we can't. One thing is for sure though, even though you might get a discounted Photobooth, we never skimp on the quality and fun your guests will receive from us.
